This dynamic session is divided into three zones:
Cardio: 30 minutes of fast-paced movement to boost your heart rate and energy.
Strength: 30 minutes of power-focused training using weights and bodyweight exercises.
Boxing: 30 minutes of high-energy combos to finish strong; jab, cross, and sweat your way through.
